About this position

The Field Service Engineer will provide customer satisfaction through technical service and advice on applications, operations and installations of specialized equipment, supplies and services. The role will provide support for East Area especially Key Account Customers in East Area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on instruments, reagents, consumables, and other related products
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance services
• Assist in promotional activities such as workshops, product demonstrations, etc.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding unresolved issues
• Follow up with customers after a complaint has been made
• Provide customer assistance by phone, e-mail, and in person
• Respond to customer complaints through contact with internal departments and follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• with 4 Year Experience and more in a Diagnostic platform
• Previous experience working in the Medical Device industry would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision making abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
