Service Engineer - Healthcare Business
About this position
The Service Engineer - Healthcare Business is responsible for coordinating projects related to troubleshooting, installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Bayer Radiology and in-licensed products.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to coordinate projects (territory basis) which include troubleshooting, installation, testing and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all Bayer Radiology and in-licensed products
• Utilize SAP Mobile system to record every service provided to customers, update usage
• And replenishment of spare parts.
• Provide operational user training (lead) to end-users, when necessary, across all models of Radiology devices.
• Maintain and lead an efficient administration and customer service support processes, service PM schedule
• Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with end-users, OEM, and hospital BME teams.
• Must follow and adhere to all company processes and procedures outlined and require for GDPMDS/ISO certification
• Complete required administrative duties and functions that are associated with job responsibilities.
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong technical understanding of IT systems and network. Knowledge and experience in Radimetrics dose monitoring system would be high preferred.
• Strong contacts with good relationships in Radiology
• Customer-orientated, Team player,
• Excellent knowledge of all necessary tools
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including excellent English skills (spoken & written)
• Able to work with minimum supervision and travelling across region APAC
