About this position

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for achieving targeted profitable sales of CH products in the assigned market area through effective promotion and management of customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attains targeted profitable sales of CH products in assigned market area through efficient and effective.
• Promotion to trade’s personal including pharmacists and health care staff
• Territorial coverage and management e.g. product training, category management
• Implementation of approved corporate & subgroup plans and programs
• Has working knowledge of anatomy and physiology and disease states related to products
• Know thoroughly the pharmacology, features, benefits and advantages over competitors of the company’s products
• Knows company philosophy (e.g. Bayer Value), policies, procedures, promotion program and operates within framework.
• Has thorough knowledge of company-promoted line and leading competitive products
• Prepare a good initiative to reflect achievement in sales in district
• Analyzes market situation, changes and factors to these changes which might affect the district or company objectives
• Prepares with key customer a co-promotion plan with customers throughout the year.
• Plan a good allocation of time to each key customer to be more efficient and cost effective
• Production and Development of District
• Obtains and develops sales volume that is widely distributed in all accounts
• Consistently meets district sales objectives for each products and shows constant increase in the users and sales of these of these products
• Maintains adequate stocks of CH products at shelf in Pharmacy owner district
• Develop business pharmacist accounts and always spot opportunities in these entity.
• Develop a good relationship with Pharmacy owner to get a good co-operation and rapport.
• Detail and samples according to programs
• Uses all sales aids, i.e. samples, literatures, gift items according to programs
• Small group presentation in each accounts / customers
• Initiates and attends to special projects like scientific meeting, film showing or develop training i.e. category management
• Maintains and constantly updates complete records of purchasers contacts and outlets
• Handles company property being used in pursuit of business in a manner that prevent loss of damage. Be professional and business minded for
• expenditure.
• Submit monthly report e.g. sales report, competitive activities.
• Submits monthly activities report as well as other report as may be require
• Properly attends to problem in area and communicate them to superiors whenever support is necessary.
• Maintains regular dialogue with superior on problems that affect about job.

Requirements

• Have experience in sales - drugstore at least 4 years
• Have experience in Drugstore in Northeastern region for at least 2 years field will be advantage
• Good interpersonal, self-initiative and motivation
• English literacy and own vehicle with valid driving license
