Responsibilities
• Ensure both individual and squad sales targets are met; drive team performance even after personal goals are achieved.
• Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies with squad members to achieve defined KPIs.
• Develop knowledge, data, and expertise that provide value to customers.
• Understand customer needs to deliver tailored approaches and build strong relationships.
• Collect market and competitive data, anticipate trends, and record insights in Bayer’s systems.
• Support product stewardship and manage customer product complaints.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to foster growth, learning, and team success.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agriculture (Agronomy or Plant Protection).
• At least 3 years of sales/marketing experience in the Crop Protection industry.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Results-driven, self-reliant, and skilled in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, accountable, and committed to delivering results.
• Moderate proficiency in English is an advantage.
