Product Supply Strategy & Capability Lead

Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of the site strategy across functions and key pillars to ensure successful deployment and effective implementation. Drive continuous improvement to enhance site competitiveness, with progress and outcomes reflected in POBOS and the site’s strategic review.
• Provide strategic leadership in implementing OE tools and mindset, ensuring full alignment with global methodologies. Lead and coach teams through the process, driving training initiatives by building a robust OE training system. Tailor and customize training courses to align with site-specific practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead the deployment of the site OE program and oversee the product supply system, driving continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate innovation sessions to foster creativity and efficiency. Cultivate a speak-up culture by encouraging open communication and idea-sharing, and organize conferences to engage teams and drive transformation.
• Maximize OE similarities and synergies by developing action plans for effective knowledge and best practices transfer within site.
• Act as a counterpart within the APAC and global CH cluster, ensuring timely alignment, execution of initiatives, sharing of best practices, and accurate reporting.
• Develop and implement a strategic training and people development program to align with the company’s business goals. Ensure employees have the necessary skills to achieve their objectives and are equipped to reach their full potential. Create and manage a comprehensive training system that integrates both technical skills (HSE, GMP) and soft skills development, ensuring a holistic approach to employee growth. Oversee the execution of training plans through the Cimanggis Academy, driving performance improvement and supporting long-term organizational success.
