About this position

The Medical Representative in Cirebon is responsible for promoting Bayer products to healthcare professionals and relevant target groups, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• To promote Bayer products to healthcare professionals and other relevant target groups in order to meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products within the designated territory.
• To implement Customer Engagement Excellence by executing in-clinic promotions that leverage Patient-Focused Interactions (PFI) and by carrying out off-clinic promotional activities targeted at specific customers, thereby enhancing customer relationships.
• To comply with local regulations, industry standards, company policies, and the code of conduct.
• Achieve sales, volume, growth, market share, and listing targets for assigned brands.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute healthcare professional (HCP) engagements in alignment with the Marketing Customer Care Plan (MCCP) using tailored Patient-Focused Interactions that address HCP needs and priorities.
• Document customer engagement activities in Veeva CRM and utilize all available functionalities to enhance customer interactions and experiences.
• Monitor and communicate competitive activities to Sales Managers (SM) to reflect market dynamics and potential responses.
• Organize and facilitate regular scientific updates (e.g., Continuing Medical Education (CME), scientific meetings) for HCP groups in accordance with defined marketing strategies.
• Continuously develop knowledge in the latest medical and clinical information, brand strategies and tactics, competitive landscape, and standardized platforms to effectively challenge the status quo.
• Collaborate with and provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on MCCP strategies and tactics, identifying potential new business opportunities.
• Adhere to local regulations, industry standards, company policies, and the code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong collaboration, efficiency, and flexibility skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and a basic understanding of English.
