About this position

The Crop Protection Regulatory Manager is responsible for developing and managing regulatory dossiers, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations, and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops dossier based on global dossier template and Indonesia requirements
• Submits the dossier via online system and monitoring the process.
• Responsible for the success of official trials for registration: (establishment of protocol and trials visit and report)
• Responsible for INSW update Lead advocacy and Monitoring regulation changes and keeping update.
• Coordinates with relevant regulatory agencies to obtain high level updates on current policies (draft or implemented) including compliance to existing and/or new regulatory requirements
• Plan, manage and implement new regulatory projects together with Field Solution, Stewardship, Market Development.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with relevant team members and regulatory authorities, as well other government agencies in the regulatory processes in a manner consistent with the Bayer pledge and Code of Business Conduct. Manage these relationships to ensure the organization's interests are advanced.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences.
• Professional experience in Regulatory Affairs gained from multinational companies specializing in agricultural products or services.
• Knowledgable of the registration process and its regulations. Able to navigate through both day to day and complex regulatory issues.
• Demonstrates effective networking and collaboration skills. Able to work well with internal stakeholders and external regulators.
• Proficient in the English language. Demonstrates business level speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
