About this position

The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor at Vantive will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members daily, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database in system JDE.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
• Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse.
• Manages daily flow of finished products or material by modifying storage space assignments.
• Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Directs forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas.
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product or material as needed.
• Operates forklift truck as needed.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or High vocational or equivalent.
• 5 years experienced in Warehouse operation in Manufacturing environment.
• Understanding Lean concept and Root cause analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong personal initiative and willingness to accept responsibilities & new assignment.
• Strong background of Warehouse operation.
• Ability to drive lifting equipment such as Forklift, VNA and Power pallet truck with driving certificate or license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai skills.
• Good verbal and written communication in English skills.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
