Regional Trade Analyst Officer
About this position
Responsibilities
• To support Regional Manager ensuring the effectiveness of the Sales performance through analysis and interpretation of sales performance data.
• Tracking actual sales vs sales plan, including highlight for any sales trend and related with productivity performance.
• Consolidate any survey initiated by HO or Region, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor stock level and production code and recommend to Regional Manager for stock relocation to ensure product freshness.
• Collected data and categorized and reviewed Regional sales data.
• Manage and analyze Regional Sales Performance data.
• Compile analysis results in the form of reports, describe and explain reports into a marketing program/resume.
• Support the implementation of Sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare regional sales reports in the form of target achievement data, sales growth, sales fluctuations and outlet pareto data.
• Provide data reconciliation of weekly and monthly analyses and reporting variants.
• Ensure and suggest planning from the results of the implementation of all analysis results.
• Conduct continuous review of promotion implementation data and sales achievement data from targets given by the company.
• Ensure that the analytical process carried out is in accordance with BAT standards in the marketing function.
• Provide input and issues relating to the results of the analyses carried out.
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Economics, or business-related fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience Trade Analyst, with Problem Identification and Solving, Leadership, Sales & Distribution, Communication Skill.
• Understand New Category market (Vapour, THP, etc.) Preferably Supervisor) specializing in Marketing/Sales or equivalent.
• Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus.
• Ability to collaboration and work optimally through relationships, persuasion, and influence.
• Having fair commercial competence and sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization's success.
