About this position

BAT INDONESIA is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to operate machines for product quality and performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient warehouse operations in Malang, East Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse operational including receiving, storage management, delivery and recording data transaction
• Ensure E2E warehouse operation running well align with WI/OPL/SOP and SWP
• Coordinate with related cross function support, to make sure business process deliverable align within target/KPI
• Conduct necessary action for ensuring warehouse safety, quality and building properness
• Run E2E warehouse operational as well as ensuring receiving, record stock management and delivery stock, quality standards, EHS requirements, safety (5S) is implemented and take any corrective measures when needed
• Execute and implement 100% in DMS tracker and implementation of IWS Principles on a daily Basis
• Reporting and escalation related any 3 top loss happen in operational warehousing
• Lead factory and shiftily DDS Process
• Execute and Implantation 90 days action plan
• Create and analyze process operational warehouse using UPS and WPI tools
• Execute daily operational warehouse (inbound, outbound, pest control, storage management and compliance; local regulation and functional policy)

Requirements

• 2 years experience in logistics / supply chain / warehouse
• Experience in organization
• Knowledge and capability of raw material and finish good
• Excel data reporting
• SAP capability for standard Warehouse Operation
• Critical Experience related to operation floor warehousing
• 5S knowledge
• SAP operational warehouse management
• Understand the overview related to IWS Pillar, DDS Cycle and Zero Loss Journey
• Execute daily operational warehouse (inbound, outbound, pest control, storage management and compliance; local regulation and functional policy)
