Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all EHS guidelines, Quality Standards, GMP, Halal, Energy Management, RSPO, and RC requirements during the shift. Enforce EHS rules and RC requirements, shutting down any equipment that cannot operate safely and dismissing individuals who do not follow rules.
• Implement and adjust production recipes as needed to produce products within specified quality standards.
• Report any issues or quality defects to the supervisor or manager, seeking assistance for corrective action when necessary.
• Maintain a safe and efficient workplace in line with plant safety regulations, Company EHS guidelines, RC Requirements, ISO 9001 Quality System, EFfCI GMP, Halal, RSPO, and Energy Management standards.
• Oversee daily operations according to plan, supervising shift leaders and operators to ensure smooth production and uphold safety, quality, and reliability standards.
• Monitor process and quality parameters, troubleshooting and performing corrective actions as required.
• Control DCS and apply production recipes to achieve products that meet quality specifications.
• Coordinate with logistics and production planners to ensure timely delivery of incoming materials for production.
• Issue maintenance notifications and safe work permits as needed.
• Ensure team members adhere to SOPs and provide support for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering to complete corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and calibration programs as scheduled.
• Act as a SIMT (Site Incident Management Team) member during shift operations.
• Complete special tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the field of production processing/operations/manufacturing.
• Able to work in shift pattern.
