About this position

BASF Coatings (EC) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the vacant position of Senior Technical Service Staff in Thailand. This role is part of a 12-month contract and involves supporting various key industries with a focus on coatings.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks
• Monitoring, record paint condition and report to customer.
• Monitoring production car units, record overall result and problem analysis.
• Monitoring material stock including incoming process, report to stakeholder and customer.
• Report overall activities to internal team, transfer information between day shift and night shift.
• Conducts line trial for new colors development and/or improvement.
• Be able to work alternative night shift, if required.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in science or high school diploma in the related field.
• Preferable 1-3 years related working experience in coatings industry.
• Knowledge in coatings process, color match, basic measuring weight and calculation skill.
• Basic communication in English is preferable.
• Driving and own transportation.
