Raw Material and Batching Operator Staff (12-month contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure all activities comply to all IATF16949, ISO14001, company EHS rules / regulations and RC requirements.
• Ensure all safety equipment is in good condition and ready for use at all times.
• Ensure good safety discipline (self and team) and prevent and correct any unsafe behaviors.
• According to work instruction, co-ordinate with team members and other functions (QC, Tinting, Customization, SCM, Warehouse etc.) to prepare all RMs for production batches accurately and on time.
• Complete regular stock count and complete system tasks (SAP) to ensure accuracy of physical RM movements and system records.
• Complete production documentation correctly and on time.
• When instructed by Production Supervisor, support Production Operators on production related tasks as needed.
• Daily cleaning and checking of equipment, report to Production Supervisor if any defect or abnormity found, to make sure that all the equipment is available and ensure high efficiency production.
• Daily clean and tidy up of production area and coordinate with team members to continuously improve 5S in all areas.
Requirements
• Vocational certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years related working experience in production field or chemical industry.
• Have computer literacy skills in MS office and SAP S4 HANA.
