Responsibilities
• Strategize and build integrated marketing plans including New Product Launches that involve online & offline marketing activities and other channels.
• Leading the execution of marketing plan. This includes planning, preparation, monitor, result and analysis marketing plan result for future improvement.
• Collaborate with the Sales team, R&D, Tech service Supply chain, RA and other function to ensure alignment on strategies, share best practices, and provide the necessary support to achieve country sales targets.
• Lead and manage product price structure, ASP budgets and resources efficiently to maximize country growth.
• Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market trends, risk & opportunities, competitor’s activities and customer's insight.
• Support Country Head/ SEA marketing team in preparing the budget to deliver on the profitable growth expectations for the respective crop segment and lead the implementation to maximize gross profit, including pricing.
• Lead Commercial excellence strategy in country such as:
• Sales Force Management:
• Develops SOP for key HR processes: SIP, target setting, supervision and performance management.
• Develops and implements sales force competency, sales force onboarding, training & development plan.
• Ensures sales force acceptation and use of CRM tools (CPM)
• Support to develop and implement of commercial policy to increase market share in key markets.
• Review and continuously improve commercial policies and rebate schemes fully aligned with country strategy.
• Continuously raise focus and discipline in managing channel inventories. Take measures to bring further transparency in Product-on-ground channel inventory reporting.
• Ensure adhering to BASF compliance guidelines.
• Oversee the work with external partners, agencies, and vendors to optimize marketing plan/ strategy effectiveness and drive results.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, marketing or agriculture-related courses.
• Minimum with 10 years’ experience with minimum 3 years of leadership experience in agricultures marketing or business development in business related; experience in sales or marketing of specific crop a must.
• Understanding of market trends and challenge.
• Strong knowledge of marketing aspect and communication.
• Ability to supervise and collaborate multi-disciplines team member.
• Any related professional or marketing training are preferable.
• Project management and problem-solving tools and techniques.
• Training and development concepts and tools.
• With network in the agriculture/pesticide industry and authority/agencies/research institutions.
• Good command of English and Thai languages.
