The Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of maintenance schedules by coordinating with technicians and contractors, planning preventive maintenance, and monitoring machine performance.
Responsibilities
• Regular follow up work orders in behavior of assets and working day-by-day with daily technician to ensure on time execution of maintenance schedule
• Plan with contractors (eg safety, timing, quality of the tasks) to ensure maintenance activities done on time
• Plan, do, check and deploy preventive maintenance plan and CCP checks with stream members to ensure maintenance executed accordingly
• Work closely with Scheduler of streams, Daily Technician day by day to ensure streams schedule of production machines
• Make report and statistical monitoring of machines to get the updated data (including historical top 10 problems of the machine, planned and unplanned maintenance activities, etc)
• Exchange planner experiences in the group and benchmark the group to enrich networking and get an update information related to the role
Requirements
• Education
• Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
• Experience (type)
• 5 years experience in maintenance planning,
• 2 years leadership experience
• Knowledge or specific business understanding
• Good knowledge of the cocoa process
• Good management skill
• Able to use predictive methods
• Knowledgeable in Ms. Office
• English intermediate
• Communicative
