About this position

Site Supply Planner is responsible to ensure the availability of the right product in the right quantity at the right time by collaborating with all functions on site and in the region to prepare and achieve the supply plan. The supply planner also provides visibility on stock availability and supply constraints, risks including inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Handle master production scheduling (supply planning)
• Responsible for material requirements planning and daily monitoring
• Monitors, analyzes and reports performance utilizing information derived from each supply chain units
• Define and ensure stock targets (inventory overview, stock level, qualitative aspect, coverage, stock parameters)
• Facilitate and drive system driven planning in the site

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in supply chain/operations
• 5 years experience in supply chain running collaborative planning, forecasting, and order fulfillment process
• Experienced in using SAP/Oracle and APO
• Attention to details and ability to dealing with data by spreadsheet
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
• Good communication skills
