About this position

The Plant Administrator is responsible for operational administration, documentation control, coordination of resources, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

• Operational Administration (SAP entry data key person (execute goods issue & goods release, and routine daily SAP transaction), Generate shop floor paper based Prod. Plan, Coordinate to create Delivery Order and reporting).
• Organizing and Controlling operational documentation storage and inventory of production consumable goods.
• Coordination with related party to ensure the availability of manpower, material, and machinery readiness are in place. Status reporting to Site Manager.
• Close communication with production supervisor in order to fine tune the resource allocation to achieve the production output and also department key performance indicator.
• Monitoring material inventory related to production use such as production consumables and also raw materials.
• Close coordination and communication with maintenance supervisor to resolve and improve current maintenance / reduce downtime activity.
• Actively support the efforts to shape BC operational excellence to facilitate costs reduction, revenue and improvement opportunities.
• Inculcate continuous improvement (CI) mindset through deploying the CI tools, Business Process Management, Change Management and Design Thinking practices throughout the business unit supported.
• Evaluate and recommend new process procedures to optimize OEE performance of the assets and to improve manufacturing techniques.
• Reviews and manages the OEE data of the factory assets to ensure it is always accurate at the source.
• Pareto OEE data to accurately identify the top improvement opportunities.
Support to reduce lead times, implementation / commissioning services and maintenance support of manufacturing processes and equipment to improve efficiency, costs effectiveness, safety and product quality in the production streams.

Requirements

• Education Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering or general technical field, Food Industry.
• 3+ years of experience in lean, TQM, six sigma or similar Continuous Improvement environments.
• Hands on in spearheading both the planning and implementation stages of multiple projects.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to implement cost savings projects across plant.
• Strong analytical skills using tools such as statistics, downtime tracking, mechanical history, project planning to identify opportunity areas.
• Own the Barry Callebaut methodology of Continuous Improvement.
• Able for all elements of change management, including requirements, structures and implementation barriers at site organizational levels.
• Strong data collection and data management skills to ensure the top issues can be identified.
• Leadership, good communication and influencing skills.
• English - advanced level.
• Microsoft Office skills such as PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word.
