About this position

The Resales and Customer Relations Manager is responsible for leading teams in handling residential listings and providing excellent customer service within Laguna Phuket. This role involves managing resale processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in handling residential listing with existing owners within Laguna Phuket looking to sell their units as part of their exit strategy
• Handle residential inquiries and potential buyers from all sources including external agents looking to purchase a resale property within Laguna Phuket
• Meet with owners/clients/agents via various channels to engage a sale acting as the sellers agent and representing Laguna Resales
• Coordinate resale website set up/updating listing with marketing team per brand guideline
• Keep resales pipelines and TSW up to date
• Coordinate unit inspection and showing to prospective agents/buyers
• Provide weekly, monthly update on resale movements
• Communicate between potential seller/buyer/agents with legal on various resale process to completion
• Lead language team to provide customer excellence to include Estate and Property Service handling
• Lead team to assist with collections and follow-up matters requiring language
• Assist with translation where required
• Reply and assist with Lifestyle Services inquiry to relevant estate managers or service providers for all clients, residents, and/or owners
• Maintain and update owner information changes to TSW system
• Assist residents/owners and potential clients of Laguna Phuket community

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Experienced with property sales and resales
• Familiarity with legal process of secondary real estate and resale requirements
• Ability to lead team and handle multiple task and functions and manage priorities
• Positive mindset, self-motivated leader
• Strong computer skills and presentation skills
• Quick learner, adaptive and personable
• Excellent English ( Mandarin language will receive preferential consideration)
• Ability to work flexible hours ( 5 days per week)
• Maintain a professional and remain in compliance with the Code of Conduct of Laguna
• Follow the Privacy Rules and Laws provided with clients personal and private information
