Responsibilities
• Instills commitment to the Banyan Tree experience in associates ensuring that the groups vision and mission are assimilated, and the objectives of the company are met, especially in line with I AM WITH YOU Service Culture.
• Understand concept of centralized Purchasing.
• Coaching and mentoring Purchasing team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Execute sourcing strategies in alignment with Corporate strategies and business priorities.
• Develop strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into category sourcing, and ensure successful implementation and execution.
• Ensure Purchasing process are in place to meet objectives and operation needs.
• Ensure sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and supplier performance management practices are in place and managed.
• Combine technology and networking agility to tap on global sourcing channels.
