Requirements
• English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in customer relations or service roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a similar capacity or role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
