We are looking for talent within the Banyan Group who is interested in taking on the role of HRIS Project Manager based in Laguna Phuket on a 2 years contract.
• Project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams, adhering to timelines.
• Experience in HRIS Implementation or project management including planning, execution, and post-implementation support will be given a special consideration.
• Understanding of both HR processes and IT systems, employee data management, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both in Thai and English, to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle the pressures of large-scale project delivery.
• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
