People Data and Expat Management Officer
About this position
The Expat and People Data Management Officer is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of expatriate employees and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data. This role involves coordinating expatriate administration, including relocation and compliance, and maintaining precise employee records within the HR systems.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Expat Management
• Oversee the end-to-end process of expatriate management, including onboarding, relocation, and repatriation.
• Manage visa applications, work permits, and ensure compliance with immigration laws.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to facilitate smooth transitions for expatriates.
Support and Integration
• Provide support services to expatriates, such as cultural orientation and integration assistance.
• Address and resolve expatriate employee queries and concerns promptly.
Policy Development
• Develop and update policies related to expatriate management to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Educate expatriates on company policies, procedures, and local customs.
People Data Management
Data Accuracy and Integrity
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
System Administration
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the HRIS, collaborating with IT for system enhancements.
• Train HR staff and other users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experiences in expatriate management and HR data administration.
• Proficiency in SAP Successfactor would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of immigration and labor laws related to expatriates is a plus.
• Good command of English both written and spoken (TOEIC 600).
