About this position

The Finance and Funding Strategy Officer will support long-term fundraising activities, risk assessment, credit rating processes, and bank relations, while also handling corporate administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term fund raising activities with following details.
• Review terms and conditions in financial agreement and identify areas for improvement to increase benefit and/or mitigate risk to the company.
• Coordinate with banks and prepare document for loan utilization request, receipt, corporate document, etc.
• Coordinate with external parties such as underwriters, legal advisor, registrar, bond representatives, credit rating agency, etc. as well as internal departments and other counterparties to complete bond issuance process.
• Provide related documents for lenders/ legal advisor/registrar / bond representative/ TRIS/ Thai BMA, etc. as required from time to time.
• Prepare filing for bond issuance and also update outstanding bond for annual report.
• Prepare report/document to ensure compliance to internal and external parties such as calculate debt to equity ratio and deliver to counterparties, submit compliance report, calculate financial ratio to SEC, upload latest financial covenant to ThaiBMA system, etc.
• Support risk assessment activities of finance department.
• Support credit rating process.
• Support bank relation activities such as arrange meeting with banks, bank update, site visit, seminar, update bank activities, analyst meeting, etc.
• Responsible for corporate administration such as budget, NON-PO, advance and clearance, ticket and accommodation, itinerary for business trip.
• Performs other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Having 3 years of working experience in funding strategy and banking relationship activities, banking industry experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment and able to work under pressure.
• Enable to understand/ interpret financial agreements.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 600).
