Enterprise Risk Management Associate
About this position
To develop and enforce of an integrated risk management framework encompassing the assessment, prioritization, monitoring and reporting of key risks which could impede company from achieving its business objectives and their mitigation plans.
Responsibilities
• Continuous improve risk management structure, process, and tools for the whole group.
• Communicate risk management objectives, policy, roles, and responsibilities to all employee across the organization.
• Conduct the risk management, identification, evaluation, and monitoring, for corporate and verify risk profile of all business and supporting units.
• Provide support, education, and training to all employees to build risk awareness within the organization.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 2 year experience in enterprise risk management. Experience in energy business would be a plus.
• Having financial/ business analysis skill with good logic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work with all levels of management and employees.
• Good communication and presentation skill which able to use visualization presentation tools such as MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
• Good command of English communication (TOEIC score 600 and above.)
