About this position

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for a Product Activation Specialist who will be responsible for creating and monitoring marketing programs, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and coordinating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor creative ideas for the marketing program.
• Ensure all content and visual communications of marketing programs are in accordance with targets, guidelines, and timelines.
• Assist in offline marketing programs.
• Coordinate with other departments related to the programs.
• Monitor and analyze the implementation of the ongoing programs.
• Conduct benchmarks and analysis to support the proposed programs.
• Assist in budget monitoring from planning vs actual expenditures.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1).
• Experience in marketing acquisition/business development is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to do data analysis, presentation, business development, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
