About this position

The IT Production Support Core position involves managing and operating IT production support services while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage, operate all IT Production Support Core services for users in accordance with standard operating procedures and prioritize compliance and risk management aspects.
• Provide evidence of audit findings.
• Identify and manage risks related to governance, quality, reliability, security, integration and availability of production application systems intensively and proactively.
• Perform adequate analysis to subsequently approve requests related to production support.
• Perform activities related to the use of data assets.
• Take a role in contingency/disaster recovery services.

Requirements

• Experience using core banking system (T24).
• Min education S1, majoring in computer science or Information Technology.
• Have good problem solving and can provide improvements for product experience.
