About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for providing information and services to customers in accordance with SOPs.
• Conduct KYC, account opening, and customer data updates.
• Deliver cash and non-cash transaction services.
• Maintain ATM cash reserves.
• Ensure no discrepancies in cash transactions and perform cross-selling.
Requirements
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking (as a Teller, Customer Service, or in frontliner roles).
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial industry operations, including business processes and company procedures.
• Solid understanding of banking products.
• Proficiency in Service Excellence principles.
• Fluent in English.
