About this position

We're looking for talented and passionate individual to fill the role of HR Data Management.

Responsibilities

• HR MIS and Data Integrity: Manage HR MIS setup and maintenance for the L&D department, ensuring the accuracy of training data to support reliable reporting.
• HR Analytics and Reporting: Manage regulatory HR reports and maintain dashboards on key metrics and parameters, providing actionable insights for management and compliance needs.
• Certification Compliance and Regulatory Monitoring: Tracking and monitoring certification compliance, manage renewals and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Project Management for HR Digitalization Initiatives: Support HR digitalization projects through documentation, administrative tasks, and progress tracking, collaborating with teams to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, MIS, reporting, or a related field, preferably within the Learning & Development or HR department in the financial or regulated industries.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance, especially in dealing with OJK, Bank Indonesia, or other relevant authorities, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data validation and quality control techniques.
• Strong skills in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to build dashboards and generate insights, high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Proactive approach in identifying and implementing improvements in reporting, analytics, and data management processes.
• Certifications in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, or Project Management are preferred.
