Learning & Development Division Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed and create a training matrix for all employees.
• Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs through various type of learning solution that address the needs of the organization and its employees including competency master.
• Lead L&D sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Responsible for learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related tools.
• Work closely with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
Requirements
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70 in a Bachelor's degree and a GPA of 3.00 in a Master’s degree.
• TOEIC score of 650 or higher.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training tools.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
