About this position

The Senior HR Manager will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Analyze the needs of different departments and suggest improvements in HR processes to align with the organization's policies.
• Review, analyze and provide development data of progress and results to provide recommendations to build up talent capability and program optimization.
• Promote employee development and growth through training programs and learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers to plan and execute employee performance evaluations.
• Provide advice and support in improving work performance and managing underperformance issues.
• Support and manage organizational change processes, such as restructuring, mergers, or workflow changes.
• Support the creation of a positive organizational culture and a healthy work environment.
• Other tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science, Management or related field.
• At least 15 years working experience in HR & GA and least 10 years in Management level.
• Good knowledge Thai Labor law.
• Good personality & relationship.
• Strong management skills.
• Good command in English.
