About this position

The Senior Food Safety (Quality Assurance) position involves overseeing food safety management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Control and verify management systems. Food security, food defense food fraud, food safety culture
• Conduct and control audits from every customer. Supports Customer Service and other departments with any technical, quality, public health, or food safety issues and questions
• Document, control, and verify the customer's HACCP Plan.
• Update Food law/regulation and or related systems that the factory applies. Responsible for Food Safety documentation research, preparation, review and revisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science /food engineering or related fields
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in food safety management
• Must have good coordination and communication skills. with other agencies
• Able to communicate in English and have knowledge of food safety management systems.
