About this position
Responsibilities
• Being responsible for the company performance management process & procedures. Works in close coordination with the line managers, management team, regional & global offices on an annual performance management.
• Conducts benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation is competitive and attractive aligned with the job market.
• Review compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market in order to ensure competitive package.
• Handles employees’ enquiries regarding the compensation, benefits, welfare, and others as related to ensure the employee’s understanding & satisfaction, Advise to all employees, supervisors, and line Managers about compensation and benefit concerns.
• Stays up-to-date on relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements as related to the compensation, benefit, welfare
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 6 years up working experience in compensation & benefit.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
• Good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits Methodologies and Best Practices, Labor Laws, Workmen Compensation & Social Security Regulations, Personal Income Taxation, Government Guidelines, etc.
