About this position

The QC Operations Officer will be responsible for preparing and sorting documents for data entry, entering data accurately into Excel sheets, resolving discrepancies, verifying information, understanding EDCs, and preparing QC reports.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
• Enter data into Excel sheets and ensure the accuracy of the inputted data.
• Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further details for incomplete documents.
• Verify that the TID on the job sheet matches the TID on the sales slip.
• Review the merchant’s name, TID, address, host, parameters, slip tests, and other relevant details.
• Understand basic information about EDCs, including their support for WeChat, Alipay, QR Prompt Pay, etc.
• Prepare QC reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or higher.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in EDC service and QA would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Highly responsive, flexible, and service-minded attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
• Able to dedicate extra hours of work.
• Ability to work within time constraints.
• Strong commitment to responsibilities.
