About this position

The Senior HR&GA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee training programs, performance evaluation systems, company activities, payroll functions, employee welfare programs, internal communication, administrative tasks, office operations, procurement process, logistics operations, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, conduct job analyses, and develop job descriptions.
• Plan, organize, and execute employee training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee company activities such as all-hands meetings, company outings, and special celebrations.
• Manage payroll functions, including processing, tracking leaves, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and administer employee welfare and benefits programs.
• Facilitate internal communication to ensure information is disseminated effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
• Work alongside top management to provide HR consultancy and implementation.
• Lead, direct, and support administrative staff in their administrative tasks, oversee and supervise all administrative functions.
• Organize office operations to improve workflow for office services such as travel arrangements, messenger services, etc.
• Oversee, plan, and organize the procurement process and procedure within the organization.
• Oversee and manage Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring efficiency and timely processing to guarantee materials are delivered on time.
• Foster strong supplier relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Support in the negotiation of price and terms/conditions with material and service suppliers.
• Plan, manage and evaluate logistics, import-export and transportation operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Ensure the optimization of logistics costs by utilizing import-export privileges such as AFTA, BOI, and other government promotion policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience working in HR and general affairs roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in an IT or software firm.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with relevant labor legislation and regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS365 applications.
• Basic knowledge of SAP software.
• Fluent in English, as this position requires working with foreign top management.
