Tax Operation Specialist (Sr.Officer)
About this position
The Tax Operation Specialist (Sr. Officer) is responsible for corporate income tax calculations, reviews, and coordination with both internal and external parties regarding tax matters.
Responsibilities
• Corporate Income Tax Calculation for Half Year (PND 51), End Year (PND 50) and Filling Disclosure Form.
• Review Corporate Income Tax Calculation for Affiliates and Subsidiaries of BG (BOI and NON BOI Business).
• Review PND51, PND50 and Disclosure Form for Affiliates and Subsidiaries (BOI and NON BOI Business).
• Review Tax Benefit Applications for Affiliates and Subsidiaries with BOI.
• Deferred Tax Calculation and Review Deferred Tax Calculation for Affiliates and Subsidiaries.
• Preparing Consolidation and Note of Financial Statement (Deferred Tax and Corporate Income Tax) (Quarter and Year End).
• Reconcile Accrued Corporate Income Tax for Affiliates and Subsidiaries (Quarter).
• Coordinate with External Parties such as Revenue Tax Officer (CIT and VAT Refund), BOI Officer (Tax Benefit) and External Audit (Tax Audit).
• Coordinate with Internal Parties about Tax Matter.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Taxation or other related.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Tax with BOI and NON BOI Business and Tax Consulting firms will be an advantage.
• Experiences in Corporate Income Tax Calculation, Filling PND50, PND51 and Disclosure Form with BOI and NON BOI Business.
• Strong Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advance) and Ability to use SAP Program.
• Experiences in Deferred Tax Calculation and Consolidation will be an advantage.
• Tax Auditor license will be an advantage.
• Ready to learn other tax work.
• Fair command of reading and written English.
• Able to communicate with government (Revenue Department, BOI) and internal departments.
• Ability to work well under change and tight deadlines.
