Sustainability (Manager)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Formulate sustainability ambitions including policies, strategies, commitments, targets and procedures in line with the vision of BTS Group and its subsidiary
• Develop sustainability-related processes to define strategic objectives and imperatives for BTS Group and its subsidiary; such as, materiality assessment process, stakeholder engagement process, and etc.
• Prepare sustainability-related disclosure and develop sustainability-related materials; such as sustainability reports, presentations, factsheets, sustainability-related contents for the corporate website and communication platforms
• Respond to investors’ ESG and sustainability-related questionnaires and inquiries as well as ESG assessment questionnaires, indices and frameworks; i.e.DJSI, S&P, SET ESG Ratings, CDP, FTSE etc.
• Ensure and improve quality, accuracy and completeness of sustainability-related materials, information required in sustainability indices
• Develop, create and implement sustainability initiatives that bring value to and increase corporate branding for the Company
• Draft and prepare proposals; presents proposals and recommendation to the Board of Director, Sustainability Committee, CEO and other key stakeholders
• Monitor, evaluate, report and communicate the Company’s sustainable development performance and provide regular updates to management, the team and key stakeholders.
• Provide consultations and properly advise internal functions through the identification of good industry practices and benchmarking analysis. Subsequently identify sustainability-related educational, training programme or other development opportunities for board of directors, management and employees
• Represent BTS Group and its subsidiary in partnership, initiatives, projects, and programmes with internal and external parties
• Serve as the key point of contact for sustainability-related agenda
Requirements
• Familiarity with sustainability context, guidelines, frameworks, standards and disclosures
• Demonstrated ability to integrate sustainability into business strategy and create measurable impact.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in sustainability reporting and disclosure
• Demonstrated professional experience in diverse sectors and/ or leading and involving in sustainability projects
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams or sustainability-related projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
• Excellent communication skills (both Thai and English)
• Qualified degree(s) in a relevant discipline e.g. sustainability, environmental sciences, environment management
• Self-driven team player with enthusiastic, dynamic, and collaborative attitude
• Strong visual and creative capacity
• High level of proficiency in developing executive level communications/presentations
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams and external partners
