About this position

The Investor Relations Officer will act as a primary point of contact for capital markets, communicating the company's strategy, financial results, and growth opportunities while preparing various communication materials for investor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the primary point people to capital markets. Articulate Company's strategy, financial results, growth opportunities and business initiatives.
• Prepare, in collaboration with the team, management talking points, presentations, press release, annual report, quarterly earnings, website and other relevant communication materials for use in investment community interactions.
• Expect to use own initiative and keep abreast of IR Best practices (globally) and where relevant propose such initiatives to the Head of Investor Relations.
• Ensure Quality Control of all IR products including the Investor Relations portions of the company website, in particular that information is up - to - date and accurate.
• Serve as the voice of our shareholders on internal decisions, by collecting, monitoring and presenting feedback to the company of investors' perceptions and opinions, security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic shareholder analysis.
• Respond to Investor Queries and Ensuring that all Investor Queries are dealt with in a timely manner. (All written investor queries should be acknowledged within 1 business day and responded to within 2 business days.)
• Prepare roadshow / quarterly earnings script and Q&A topics in partnership with CEO, CFO and executive team, as well as managing all information necessary for preparation of strategic financial and investor communications.
• Monitor industry developments and competitive market trends, develop executive summaries on peer company news, and performance.
• Key contributor / leader of SET50 / 100, DJSI, MSCI, FTSE inclusion.
• Serves as the liaison to the mentioned ratings and rankings agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• Excellent communication skills (both Thai and English)
• Strong presentation, financial analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
