About this position

We are seeking a Junior Data Engineer who will be responsible for designing and developing data models, pipelines, and transformations to deliver actionable insights efficiently while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and leverage data sources and Data Mart tables related to business units (BU).
• Design and develop data models, pipelines, and transformations to deliver actionable insights efficiently.
• Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data models, pipelines, and transformations to deliver actionable insights efficiently.
• Create and optimize report/dashboard data models.
• Maintain and enhance performance, accuracy, and timeliness of data solutions.
• Adapt solutions to evolving business needs.
• Explore and implement new tools and techniques for optimizing data products.
• Document designs and transformations for team collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Data Analysts and Business Analysts/Project Managers to support BU clients effectively and meet timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in major data and technology.
• At least 1 - 2 Years experience in data engineer, data pipeline development, data warehouse management.
• Expertise in data preparation, SQL Query, BI Tools, AWS cloud service, Python, Pyspark, and other ETL tools.
• Understand and experience in design of data model, data processing, data transformation solutions, data management, fine tuning data model and data pipeline.
• Passionate and love to play with data, always explore in new tools and technology.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
