Business Analyst (SAP support for FI Module)
About this position
The Business Analyst (SAP support for FI Module) will assist in project management activities related to software implementation and roll-out across group companies, ensuring successful coordination with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Business Analyst Manager in project management activities related to software implementation and roll - out across group companies.
• Coordinate with Business Units (BUs), solutions providers, and consultants to ensure the successful implementation of software.
• Assist Business Analyst Manager in preparing information and materials to update project progress to Project Steering & Management committee on regular basis.
• Support the preparation of project progress updates for regular reporting to the project steering and management committee.
• Provide support to users during software implementation.
• Assist users and maintain systems post go - live.
• Handle “Change Requests.”
• Implement configuration changes and authorization maintenance for new requirements such as:
- New business requirements, e.g., new products.
- New organizational structures, e.g., new plants, sales org., purchasing org.
- New e-bank statement requests including interfacing with banks and adapting to new formats.
• Maintain release strategy for PR / PO and budget approval processes in response to changes like new plants, account assignment groups, or reorganizations.
• Develop new WRICEF programs and modify existing logic programs.
• Manage new company setups as rollout projects, covering the entire process from building to testing and training.
• Conduct end - user SAP training.
• Handle any requests that require outsourcing efficiently.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting / business administration or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in SAP implementation or SAP support for FI Module (AA, AR) or 3 – 5 years of experience as an Accountant. (experienced will be an advantage)
• Preferably with an accounting background and knowledge of accounting processes.
