Business Analyst (SAP Support : CO / PM Module)
About this position
The Business Analyst (SAP Support: CO/PM Module) will assist in project management functions related to software implementation and roll-out, ensuring successful coordination with business units and solution providers.
Responsibilities
• Assist business analyst manager in project management functions relating for software implementation as well as software roll - out to the companies within the group.
• Coordinate with related BUs (Business Units), solution providers and consultants to ensure successful implementation of software.
• Assist business analyst manager in preparing information and materials to update project progress to project steering & management committee on regular basis.
• Support users during software implementation.
• Support users and maintenance system after go - live.
• Handling “Change Request”
• Configuration setup, including authorization maintenance, due to new requirements.
- New business requirement such as new product, etc.,
- New org. structure such as new plant, new sales org., new purchasing org., etc.,
- New request for electronic bank statement i.e. interfacing with bank, new format of electronic bank statement.
• Maintain release strategy for PR / PO, budget approval process when have new plant, new account assignment group and / or reorganization.
• New WRICEF program / change current logic program.
• New requirements such as new company setup to do as a rollout project (Build, Test and Train).
• Request for conduct end user SAP Training.
• Any request requires outsourcing.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting / business administration or other related fields
• Experienced 0 - 3 years in SAP implementation for general ledger or financial consolidation module or 3 - 5 years as an accountant or external auditor (for GL and consolidation functions)
• Enthusiastic, motivated and positive attitude
• Logical thinking
• Able to work within tight timeframe and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good skill in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
