About this position

Assist Business Analyst Manager in handling and coordinating Project Management functions, Support users during implementation and after go-live, Perform system maintenance: Financial Consolidation Software (Cognos Controller System)

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Analyst Manager in Project Management functions relating for Software Implementation as well as Software Roll - out to the Companies within the Group.
• Coordinate with related BUs (Business Units), solution providers and consultants to ensure successful implementation of software.
• Assist Business Analyst Manager in preparing information and materials to update project progress to Project Steering & Management committee on regular basis.
• Support users during software implementation.
• Support users and maintenance system after go - live.
• Handling “Change Request”
• Configuration setup due to new requirements.
• New Business Requirement such as New Interco Offset, New Form, New Report, etc.
• New Org. Structure such as New company/ New group of companies, etc.
• Change in Group Structure.
• Any request requires Outsourcing such as New Import Spec Program, Change of current logic Program/ Customized Report, etc.
• Handling “Chargeable Service Request”
• Request to do Data input and BU Consolidation by BA.
• Request for conduct End User COGNOS Training.
• Request BA to personal support by face to face.
• Any other request e.g. reviews and revise mapping, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting / Business Administration or other related fields Experience in SAP implementation or SAP support will be an advantage.
• Experience 2 - 3 years in SAP implementation for General Ledger or Financial consolidation module or 3 - 5 years as an accountant or external auditor (for GL and consolidation functions).
• Enthusiastic, motivated and positive attitude.
• Logical thinking.
• Able to work within tight timeframe and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good skill in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Good English communication skills.
