Senior Product Development (Debit Card & Prepaid Card)
About this position
Responsibilities
• วิเคราะห์และออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ Debit Card ใหม่และปรับผลิตภัณฑ์เดิม โดยวางกลยุทธ์ด้านงบประมาณ ผลตอบแทน และกำไรของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สามารถแข่งขันในตลาดได้
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการออกผลิตภัณฑ์ โปรแกรมทางการตลาด และกระบวนการต่าง ๆ ให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบ และนโยบายทั้งภายในและภายนอกธนาคาร
• ประสานงานกับสายเทคโนโลยีในการพัฒนากระบวนการและระบบงานรองรับการออก/ปรับผลิตภัณฑ์
• จัดทำรายงาน ติดตามและประเมินผลการตอบรับ การออกผลิตภัณฑ์ และโปรแกรมการตลาด เสนอผู้บริหารตามลำดับ
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Communication or related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in any fields related to Banking, Consumer Lending, or Retail Marketing, preferred experience in credit card/ debit card business.
• A wide degree of creativity with analytical, interpersonal and presentation skill.
• Self-motivated, proactive and innovative
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with creative thinking
• Good in both written and spoken in English
• Must be exempt from military service
