Product Management (Cross-Border Payments Business)
About this position
The Product Management position for the Cross-Border Payments Business involves designing and developing international remittance products, expanding electronic service channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction in money transfer services.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design and development of international remittance products for customers of foreign financial institutions (FI) and foreign money transfer agents (Non-FI), as well as the expansion of the bank's electronic service channels, which enable customers to send and receive money transfers in a variety of ways.
• Develop new products and services.
• Research and monitor the development of new products and services. Money transfers and foreign payments, as well as the ability of prominent financial institutions to deliver services abroad.
• Create products and services that meet the needs of customers. in accordance with the bank's business plan and official policy.
• Create a product development plan and prioritize it. and establish outcome goals in order to meet business metrics.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.
• Analyze business data.
• Use statistical procedures to process and evaluate business data in order to get results based on business trends. can be used in annual strategy planning and quarterly evaluations.
• Oversee the summary of critical business operations. To convey information about the performance of business metrics in an efficient manner (KPIs).
• Coordinate and disseminate business information to appropriate departments.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

• Coordination of client papers required to register information prior to beginning service and forwarding them to the operational department for acknowledgment and processing of customer records into the system.
• Explain to consumers the procedures and connection to the bank's service channels in order to shorten the time it takes to begin utilizing the service.
• Track and connect with clients electronically in order to view service status and provide assistance if consumers have difficulty using the Bank's services. and collaborate with relevant departments to assist solve problems as soon as possible.

• Establish the operational management structure and strategy for the international money transfer and remittance industry. Present the management with the idea of considering and developing a development strategy for the design of the bank's products to suit market demand.
• Monitor the activities of the relevant agencies in accordance with their primary tasks and responsibilities. Schedule a meeting at the executive level (Forum) to discuss and review the work plan for efficiency.
• Summarize the key performance indicators (KPI) provided by management and coordinate with respective departments to ensure goals are met. and monitor quarterly and annual performance.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business, Economics and advanced degree Finance or Marketing, or MBA.
• Welcome New Grad.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager / Product Management focused on banking products.
