About this position

The Telesales position at Balluff Thailand Ltd involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company's products and services. The Telesales representative will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently to drive sales growth for the company.

Responsibilities

TASKS:

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service using scripts
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Direct prospect lead to the field sales team
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Continuous learning in industrial automation

Requirements

PROFILE:

Excellent communication skills
Minimum 1 years working experience in Tele sales
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
Proficiency to handle relevant computer software
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
