Lead Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist
About this position
As a Lead Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist at Baker Hughes, you will support Completions & Wellbore Interventions operations by overseeing scheduling and planning of personnel, implementing tracking processes, and mentoring employees in their career progression.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Executing the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, during every job and every task.
• Enabling flawless execution by assuring competent field personnel resource availability to meet activity forecast and demand (short, mid and long term).
• Balancing resource demand across their area. Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime.
• Communicating and coordinating with Service Delivery Coordinators and Logistics teams to ensure competent personnel to the customer worksite.
• Coordinating training and competence assessment for field personnel.
• Assigning crew and coordinating mobilization in coordination with Service Delivery Coordinators and Technical Team based on job technical and customer requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor from an accredited school.
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling or planning that involves in preparing personnel resource plan, forecast assignments.
• Have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Have solid experience in operating Power BI and MS Office.
