Area Sales Representative - Pressure Pumping
About this position
Responsibilities
• Supporting all Baker Hughes Pressure Pumping solutions and customers’ requirements.
• Leading creation of technical proposals to fit customer needs, enhance production, reduce operating costs, and maximize profitability to Baker Hughes.
• Selling to named account(s), new customer development, including key accounts within a single business group or product line.
• Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
• Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
• Working based on predefined contracts price frameworks and some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
• Handling diverse clients in a region, sales quota and revenue plan and insuring met or exceeded plan on regular basis.
• Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
• Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders, local focus on small-medium size territory.
Requirements
• Have Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrate an extensive (10 years and more) technical and sales aptitude with direct experience in Pressure Pumping – Coil Tubing, Cementing and Stimulation.
• Show a good experience in Sales in Oil & Gas industry for at least 5 years.
• Have good IT and technical skills with fluent English in both written and oral communication.
• Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Be available to join our team quickly and to work in Indonesia without the need for a visa.
