Senior Sales Manager APAC - Clean Power Solutions
About this position
Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Manager - APAC, you will be responsible for:
• Developing a solid pipeline of Clean Power projects in APAC.
• Transforming leads into orders. Deliver an ambitious order plan by managing complex commercial and technical sales processes through involving client and internal stakeholders. Be a deal maker into the clean power market.
• Positioning Baker Hughes as a critical partner for the microgrids, low-carbon power generation, waste heat recovery, and energy storage markets.
• Nurturing and building relationship with key players to provide them with Baker Hughes best Clean Power solution and technology.
• Leading sales creative solutions together with the product lines. In this job you will be empowered to think outside the box and sell solutions by creating partnerships for the best customer experience.
• Positioning Baker Hughes for critical pilot projects to promote the development and launch of new technology.
• Working collaboratively with the various stakeholders in Baker Hughes in order to properly channel customer feedbacks as well as be the ambassador of Baker Hughes Clean Power Solutions.
• Staying close to industry and government trends and discovering the sources of project funding and identifying key partnerships and alliances to promote Baker Hughes' value position.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have education from an accredited university or college with 5+ years of experience.
• Have the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organization.
• Able to close complex deals / business agreements. Be a deal maker!
• Show knowledge of energy key technologies in Gas /Steam turbines, hydrogen, power gen, etc.
• Have knowledge of clean power solutions like Geothermal, microgrid, Renewables, etc.
