About this position

As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift at Baker Hughes, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality services, focusing on the installation and testing of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) in various oil and water wells.

Responsibilities

As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
• Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and equipment in offshore and onshore oil and water wells.
• Testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
• Travelling (both domestic or international) to perform assignments and away from home, often at short notice.
• Handling special projects as assigned.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have minimum Degree in Technical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related with some relevant experience.
• Have general knowledge of oil and gas industry.
• Have good mechanical aptitude.
• Show ability to work well and communicate well with others in both Thai and English.
• Show ability to be comfortable in frequent travel domestic or international assignments on short notice.
