• Researches and analyzes market information, monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Evaluate feasibility of potential new products/features, including technical feasibility, market size, potential revenue, etc., and make recommendations with respect to implementation.
• Maintains close contact with HQ and regional marketing with regards to any marketing/sales program and new product development, and provide regular updates to the senior management.
• To initiate market research projects essential for the success of existing and planned new products.
• Regular field visits are required with sales representatives or sales supervisor to collect feedback on current programs and market conditions/needs.
• Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve product objectives.
• Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy.
• Inventory planning for existing product & new product by coordinating with Supply Chain Management.
• The initiation of ideas and methods of improving product sales performance.
• Oversees development and maintenance of customer database.
• Develops and adapts promotional activity for assigned products in accordance with market trends to ensure profitability.
• Implement sale force in all marketing activity and plan for monitoring and tracking and Power BI analysis.
• Organise continuous educational programs, seminars, conferences, workshop under hospital care or Aesculap Academy as may be needed for the concerned product line ensuring ROI.
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with key hospitals and key customers and strategic partners.
• Liaise with Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Field Force, Medical Department, Accounting, Warehouse and external sources necessary for achievement of the set product objectives.
• Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Provide Sales, Marketing and Customer Service support for new products.
