About this position

The Regulatory Affairs Officer is responsible for managing all processes to ensure regulatory compliance of products, dealing with government agencies, obtaining product registrations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages all processes assuring full regulatory compliance of all products.
• Deals with relevant government agencies such as DOA, DOF, DIW, FDA- Food, Drug Food, The Excise Department etc. and response to their inquiries in timely manner.
• Obtains relevant product registrations for existing and new products to support the sales, marketing, and technical service of various product lines as well as customer products to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Manages, maintain &update documents in company database of relevant product registration, import export license, other applicable permits and relevant documents.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies that relate to Company products.
• Advises appropriate departments within Company of these requirements.
• Ensures compliance with Thailand Customs requirements regarding import and export of company products, customers’ samples as well as raw materials.
• Handles other duties and/or special projects assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or in a related fields.
• Min 3 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Having skills in customs tariff classification customs formality, customs privilege, customs legal, customs post-pre audit
• Good command of spoken & written in English
