About this position

Riverside Golf Club is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Staff Security. As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of the premises
• Perform regular security checks of facilities, equipment, and personnel to maintain a safe environment
• Control access to buildings and property, verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting
• Respond to alarms and incidents; investigate disturbances and take appropriate action
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in reports
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Enforce hospitality policies and procedures to ensure guest and staff safety

Requirements

• Height Min.168 cm with ideal body weight
• Indonesian citizen
• Having a martial art or security certification will be an advantage (optional)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
